[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n30 June 2023\nOn the Beach Group plc\n(\"On the Beach\" or the \"Group\")\n \nCompletion of CEO Succession Plan\n \nFurther to the announcement made on 31 March 2023, On the Beach Group plc (LSE: OTB.L) announces that the following Board changes take effect today as part of the Group's previously announced CEO Succession Plan:\n \n· Jon Wormald has joined the Board as Group Chief Financial Officer;\n· Shaun Morton has replaced Simon Cooper as Chief Executive Officer; and\n· Simon Cooper has transitioned to his new role of Founder Director NED.\n \nThe Nomination Committee is progressing a search for an additional independent Non-Executive Director to complement the existing balance of skills and experience on the Board. Once this position is filled, the Board composition will remain in line with the requirements of the UK Corporate Governance Code.
