Omni-Lite to Explore Strategic Alternatives

CERRITOS, CA, Aug. 28 /CNW/ - Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has authorized the Company to evaluate a range of strategic alternatives to further enhance corporate growth and shareholder value. These alternatives may include, but are not limited to, continued execution of the Company's Vision 2010 Plan and other diverse strategic or financial opportunities. This evaluation is of particular importance due to the Company's rapid growth in the Military and Aerospace Industries. The Company has retained Cypress Associates LLC of New York as its exclusive financial advisor to assist it in these efforts.

In undertaking this review, the Company wishes to note that there is no assurance that the exploration of strategic alternatives will result in any options that are superior to the continued execution of the Vision 2010 Growth Plan. The Company does not plan to release additional information on this process until the results have been reviewed and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors.
