Omni-Lite receives new orders in the Military, Aerospace and Automotive divisions and accelerates research activities on key programs

The total value of these orders is approximately\n$544,000 US. Of particular significance is a new military contract that places\nOmni-Lite at the forefront of an ambitious development program for the\nU.S. Military. The Company is scheduled to complete this research program by\nOct 30, 2008. If successful in the initial portion of the program, significant\nmid and long-term initiatives could develop for the Company. In this effort,\nthe Company is proposing to utilize one of the patented processes that it\ndeveloped for such complex programs. It is unlikely that this program will be\nsuccessful without this novel technology.\n\n\nIn addition to these efforts, the Company is developing a new military\ncomponent for the large cold forging system being delivered in May 2008.\n\n\n"This oversized system is well suited for the groundbreaking research\ninto this military component.
