Omni-Lite receives new orders in the aerospace and military divisions

Of\nthese new orders, approximately 45% are in the Aerospace division and 42% are\nin the Military division. The remaining orders are associated with the green\ndiesel and specialty automotive programs in the Company.\n\n\n"Of critical importance is a contract the Company has received to\ncomplete the first article acceptance process for a major new military\ninitiative. It is expected that this milestone will be completed in the next\n30 days, after which the product will be approved for production. Several new\norders are anticipated for this product line," stated Allen W. Maxin, VP of\nOperations.\n\n\nOmni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. is also pleased to announce that\nunaudited annual revenue for the first quarter of 2009 was approximately\n$974,000 US ($1,188,000 CDN).
