This contract is a follow\non order to that mentioned in a press release of May 25, 2006. The Company is\nalso pleased to announce a new automotive contract. The total value of these\ncontracts is approximately $121,000 CDN.\n\"This is the third order that the Company has received for these military\ncomponents in the last month,\" stated Allen W. Maxin, Vice-President of\nOperations. \"The total value of the three orders is approximately\n$310,000 CDN.\"\nOmni-Lite is also pleased to announce that it has entered into a new\nbusiness area with the purchase of five state of the art progressive\nmicroforming systems. This equipment will enable the manufacture of the very\nsmall components utilized in computers, cell phones, PDA's and other\nelectronic equipment. Of particular significance, these small parts can be\nutilized in various medical applications. The Company also feels that the\nnanowires to be produced by our associated company, California\nNanotechnologies Inc., may be of particular importance in the production of\nthese micro components.\nTo further our goals of being an environmental leader, the Company has\npurchased a large automated aqueous parts cleaning system.
