Recent\ndiscussions with this long-term customer indicate that there is significant\ninterest and demand for the products that Omni-Lite produces.\nIn addition, the Company is completing the development of six new\nspecialty automotive components first mentioned in a press release on\nAugust 25, 2005. The Company is now beginning the detailed submission process\nfor final approval. An additional four components are expected to be submitted\nfor final approval in the near future. Omni-Lite has also been notified that\nthe Life Cycle Tests on a new transmission component will be completed in\nearly March. \"If final approval is received on these components, the\nAutomotive Division could see significant growth in 2006,\" stated Allen Maxin,\nVP of Operations. \"Continued success in the Automotive Division would\ncomplement significant growth in the Company's Aerospace and Military\nDivisions.\"\nTo ensure that Omni-Lite continues to meet the exacting quality\nrequirements of our many customers, Mr. John Sidener will rejoin the Company\nas Manager of Quality Control, effective March 1, 2006. To further the\nCompany's advanced concepts of computer controlled manufacturing and\ninspection, Omni-Lite will receive its third Vision Inspection System in early\nMarch. This sophisticated equipment will allow for the inspection of seven\ncritical dimensions, on 250 parts per minute, to support the zero defect\nrequirements mandated in a current military contract. The Company, through its\nVision 2010 concept is committed to introducing these advanced technologies\nthroughout the manufacturing process.
