One of these orders is from a long-term customer based in Southern\nCalifornia. The larger order is from a new customer that visited the Omni-Lite\nfacility the week of March 20, 2006. These aerospace components are utilized\nin various applications across both military and commercial platforms. \"With\nthese new orders the Company's backlog in the Aerospace division continues to\ngrow,\" stated Paul Burkey, President and COO. \"It is our understanding that\nthese aerospace orders will continue for several years.\"\nOmni-Lite's associated company, Omni-Lite E-FORM Technologies Inc. has\nmanufactured the first component from a nanostructured material. The component\nexhibited excellent forming characteristics. E-FORM is now evaluating the\nultimate material strength and structural characteristics of this prototype\nproduct.\nAs one of Omni-Lite's initiatives to encourage energy conservation and to\nincrease environmental awareness, the Company is offering US$5,000 to each\nemployee who purchases a hybrid automobile.
