[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nOMNI-LITE INDUSTRIES CANADA INC. \nOML-TSX VENTURE\n\nCERRITOS, CA, May 5 /CNW/ - Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. is pleased\nto announce that it has received several new orders for aerospace components.\nThese orders are for specialty products that are utilized in the installation\nof composite sections in advanced aircraft. This is the largest order that\nOmni-Lite has received to date for these products. Composite sections are\nbecoming primary components in many military and civilian aircraft, with many\naircraft such as the Boeing 787 being manufactured principally of composite\nmaterials. The Company is also pleased to announce that it has received a\nfollow on order in the Military division. The combined value of these orders\nis approximately $200,000 US. Most of these products are to be delivered in\nthe second quarter of 2006.\nOmni-Lite Industries is pleased to announce that its associated company,\nOmni-Lite E-FORM Technologies Inc. (\"E-FORM\") has entered into a letter of\nintent to be acquired by TSX Venture Exchange listed Company Veritek\nTechnologies Inc. (\"Veritek\"). In exchange for 100% of the issued and\noutstanding shares of E-FORM, Veritek intends to issue 12,000,000 common\nVeritek shares, at a deemed price of $0.25 per share. This transaction is\nintended as the Qualifying Transaction of Veritek and as such, is subject to\nthe approval of the majority of the minority of the Veritek shareholders and\nthe TSX Venture Exchange. Contemporaneous with the purchase of the E-FORM\nshares it is anticipated that the combined entity will change its name to\nCalifornia Nanotechnologies Corp. The operating arm will be based in Southern\nCalifornia.\nTo enable the evaluation of the crystalline nanostructured materials\nbeing developed in California, E-FORM is also pleased to announce that it has\npurchased a state of the art Thermal Field Emission Scanning Electron\nMicroscope. The extensive capabilities of this microscope will be enhanced\nthrough various sophisticated analytical and sample preparation tools. This\nsystem will be installed in E-FORM's laboratory in Cerritos, California.\nAnalytical capabilities will include chemical analysis through Energy\nDispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) techniques and grain size, grain boundary and\ngrain orientation quantification through Electron Backscatter Diffractio...
