(the "Company") (TSXV: OML) would like to announce that it has granted 180,000 incentive stock options on June 12, 2015 to the directors and officers of the Company. The options were granted pursuant to the Company's Stock Option plan, which received shareholder approval at the Annual General and Special Meeting held on October 17, 2014. The options were granted at the exercise price of $1.35 per share which was the closing market price on June 12, 2015. The stock options will expire after a five year period and are subject to TSX Venture Exchange requirements.
