Full financial results are available at sedarplus.ca.\n \n\n\n First Quarter Fiscal 2025 Results\n \n\n\n Revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 2025 was approximately US$3.3 million, representing strong organic growth in our fasteners business offset by a reduction in our electronics business, which had an unusually high level of shipments in the first quarter of fiscal 2024.\n \n\n Adjusted EBITDA\n \n (\n \n\n 1)\n \n for the first quarter of fiscal 2025 was approximately US$408,000, resulting in a margin of 12.3%, and as compared to approximately US$(83,000) in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.\n \n\n The Company’s balance sheet remained strong with cash at a record high of US$3.1 million and no debt outstanding.\n \n\n Net income for the quarter was US$109,000, or US$0.01 per diluted share.
