(OML-TSX VENTURE ) is pleased to announce that it has received several new orders that continue to place special emphasis on the Aerospace and Military divisions of the Company. The total value of these orders is approximately $440,000US ($537,000 CDN). Of these new orders, approximately 45% are in the Aerospace division and 42% are in the Military division. The remaining orders are associated with the green diesel and specialty automotive programs in the Company.\n\n\"Of critical importance is a contract the Company has received to complete the first article acceptance process for a major new military initiative. It is expected that this milestone will be completed in the next 30 days, after which the product will be approved for production. Several new orders are anticipated for this product line,\" stated Allen W. Maxin, VP of Operations. \nOmni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. is also pleased to announce that unaudited annual revenue for the first quarter of 2009 was approximately $974,000 US ($1,188,000 CDN).
