CERRITOS, CA, May 2 /CNW/ - Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. would like
to inform all shareholders, regulators and the public in general that it will
be late in meeting the statutory deadline of May 2, 2005 for filing its 2004
financial statements which are presently in the hands of its auditors.
This delay is the result of a combination of factors including the
quicker filing time required this year, an adjustment to a new audit team, new
accounting standards and new audit procedures, a change in personnel at a
critical time, and the pressure of a rapid expansion in the Company's customer
base and business volume in 2005. Management will address the need for
additional support in its accounting staff and other changes as required.
Management expects the that 2004 financial statements will be filed on or
about May 12, 2005.
Omni-Lite continues to experience very positive financial results.
