Grant, CEO and Chairman of the Board of\n Directors.  \"Chuck also has a broad understanding of the aerospace,\n defense, and industrial marketplaces and the personal relationships\n among the many players in these market segments, strengths that\n Omni-Lite requires to get to the next level of success.\"\n\n\nMr. Samkoff is currently Managing Director and Head of the Mergers and\n Acquisitions Group at Cypress Partners LLC, an affiliate of Cypress\n Associates LLC (\"Cypress\").  Mr. Samkoff has been in the investment\n banking industry for over 20 years.  From 1998 until joining Cypress in\n 2004, he was a Managing Director in CIBC World Markets' Mergers and\n Acquisitions Group overseeing the Defense/Aerospace, Communications and\n Industrial M&A Groups.  Mr. Samkoff joined CIBC World Markets as a\n senior member of a core team of M&A bankers mandated to build CIBC\n World Markets' M&A franchise.  During his leadership tenure, CIBC World\n Markets' M&A Group ranked as one of the fastest growing M&A practices\n on Wall Street.\n\n\nMr. Samkoff has advised corporate and institutional clients on numerous\n mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, hostile defenses\n and corporate restructurings in many sectors, while working with a\n number of the largest financial private equity and hedge fund firms.\n The value of these transactions would have an aggregate value in excess\n of US$70.0 billion.\n\n\nBefore joining CIBC World Markets, Mr. Samkoff was a Vice President in\n the Mergers and Acquisition Group at Rothschild Inc.  Mr. Samkoff also\n held positions at Smith Barney, Goldmark Partners Ltd., and Cushman &\n Wakefield.\n\n\nMr. Samkoff is a graduate of Fordham University, Graduate School of\n Business, where he earned his M.B.A. with Honors.  He earned his\n undergraduate degree from the University of Denver.\n\n\nIn accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and sub...
