Peterson, as investor relations manager. Mr. Peterson will serve to increase awareness of the Company in the investment community. Subject to regulatory approval, Mr. Peterson’s contract is for 12 months until November 4, 2011. The remuneration for this part time position is $2,000.00 US per month along with 20,000 stock options exercisable at $1.93 CDN per share for a period of two years. The options will vest on a 25 percent basis every three months from the effective date of the agreement. “With almost 20 years of experience at firms such Goldman Sachs, Brandywine Global Investment Management, and Gerald Energy, Mr. Peterson is a seasoned veteran in the investment and securities industries,” stated David F.
