The dividend will be\npayable on January 31, 2006.\n\"Due to the performance of the Company in 2005, we are pleased to\nannounce the third dividend,\" stated David F. Grant, Chairman and CEO. \"As the\nCompany continues to execute its business plan, one of the key benefits will\nbe enhanced shareholder value.\"\nThe board of directors will review the Company's dividend policy on a\nsemi-annual basis.\nPaul Burkey, President and COO, was granted incentive stock options to\npurchase a total of 20,000 common shares of the Corporation, pursuant to the\nCompany's stock option plan approved at the annual general meeting held on\nJune 20, 2003.
