(\"Omni-Lite\" or\nthe \"Corporation\") is pleased to announce that an annual and special meeting\nof the shareholders of the Corporation (the \"Meeting\") will be held at the\nAngus-Northcote Room, Conference Centre, Third Floor, Bow Valley Square, No.2,\n205 - 5th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta T2P 2V7 on Friday, June 30, 2006 at\n11:00 a.m. (Calgary time). The Corporation has mailed a management information\ncircular and proxy statement to its shareholders in connection with the\nMeeting.\nAt the Meeting certain items requiring shareholder approval under\ncorporate law will be presented to the shareholders of the Corporation,\nincluding a split of the common shares of the Corporation (the \"Common\nShares\") on a two (2) for one (1) basis (the \"Stock Split\"). There are\ncurrently 10,614,228 Common Shares issued and outstanding. Following the Stock\nSplit there will be 21,228,456 Common Shares issued and outstanding. The\nprimary reason for the Stock Split is to enhance the liquidity of the Common\nShares.
