Omineca also reports the resolutions re-appointing Crowe MacKay LLP as auditors for the Company and approving the continuation of the Company's stock option plan were all approved.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n With 45.52% of all eligible votes being cast at the meeting, shareholders of the Company showed strong support, with all resolutions passing with support of at least 98% of the votes cast.\n \n \n \n About Omineca Mining and Metals Ltd.\n \n \n Omineca Mining and Metals Ltd.'s flagship Wingdam gold exploration and placer recovery project is located along the Barkerville Highway 45 km east of the town of\n \n Quesnel, British Columbia\n \n .
