Each will also market the other's proprietary products lines in all markets worldwide. The JV will be active in both the private and government sectors.\n\nThe Company presently specializes in mid-power LED products; our partner specializes in the industry-leading high-power LED products which, when united under this JV, gives the Company & the JV an unparalleled LED portfolio. The Company believes that another key component of this strategic relationship is that it should result in a material increase in customer order size and frequency for the Company's new and existing clients and its JV partner also brings ability to arrange financing for these orders, in addition to providing innovative solutions to the venture.\n\nThe Company's JV partner will also bring the expertise and ability to help the Company expand its existing cannabis line of LED products.
