This license will allow OTC to issue prepaid\n MasterCard products in Canada.\n\n\nThis new prepaid card business will be managed by OTC's Foreign Exchange\n Division.  OTC is now actively engaging program managers and card\n processors looking to expand their pre-paid card operations in Canada.\n\n\nAbout Olympia Financial Group Inc.\n\n\nOlympia Financial Group Inc.
