("The Corporation") has instituted a Distribution Reinvestment and Option\nShare Purchase Plan ("The Plan") for all common shareholders of the\nCorporation resident in Canada.\n\n\nShareholders will be able to elect all or a partial amount of their\ncommon dividend payment and or optional cash payment to purchase additional\ncommon shares of the Corporation through the Plan.\n\n\nThe Plan Administrator, Olympia Trust Company will purchase common shares\nof the Corporation on the Toronto Stock Exchange open market (TSX:V - OLY).\nThe purchase price to shareholders will be the average weighted share price of\nthe shares purchased on behalf of the Plan holders.\n\n\nEnrolment forms and the Plan information circular will be mailed to all\nregistered shareholders on May 15, 2009.
