(TSXV: OLY)\n is pleased to announce that each of the resolutions presented at its\n annual general and special meeting of shareholders were approved\n today.  However, at the shareholders meeting it was announced that Mr.\n Peterson would not be standing for re-election due to certain\n regulatory requirements in the Province of Quebec that do not allow an\n individual to serve on the boards of two different trust companies. \n Upon learning of these regulations, Mr. Peterson graciously agreed to\n step down from the Board in an effort to support our application to\n become registered in Quebec.\n\n\nWith Mr. Peterson advising that he was not standing for re-election, the\n shareholders resolved to elect the following ten individuals to the\n Board:  Rick Skauge, Randy Gregory, Craig Skauge, Brian Newman, Charles\n Chebry, Gerard Janssen, Russ Kalmacoff, Lyle Oberg, Gary Seveny and\n Laurie Yaworski.\n\n\nNeither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as\n that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange)\n accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.\n\n\n \n\n\n contact Rick Skauge, President, at (403) 261-7501, e-mail [email protected] or visit the website www.olympiatrust.com. \n","length":1546,"tagName":"div"}]
