Charles will remain with the Company as a\nDirector.\n\n\nThe Company would at this time like to introduce Dewar McCarthy as the\nChief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance effective January 1, 2007.\nDewar comes to us from Hudson and Company LLP Chartered Accountants of\nCalgary. Dewar was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, obtained his Honors\nBachelors degree from the University of South Africa in 1989. He was admitted\nas a Certified Professional Accountant in 1990 and an Associate of the South\nAfrican Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2000. Dewar has 16 years of\npublic accounting experience and 6 years of NYSE listed corporation\nexperience.\n\n\n","length":1134,"tagName":"div"}]
