[{"type":"text","content":"Olive Resource Capital Reports Q1 2026 Financial Statements and Investment PerformanceToronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - May 13, 2026) - Olive Resource Capital Inc. (TSXV: OC) (\"Olive\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce the release of its quarterly financial results for the period ended March 31, 2026.Highlights:As a result of strong investment performance Olive reported record Net Income of $1,172,226 or $0.01 per share for the period ended March 31, 2026.Investment Portfolio valued at $17,451,792 (inclusive of cash) for March 31, 2026, as compared to a value of $16,473,208 (inclusive of cash) for December 31, 2025.NAV per share for March 31, 2026 of $0.152 per share, compared to $0.145 per share on December 31, 2025.Samuel Pelaez, the Company's President, CEO, CIO, and Director stated: \"The conflict in Iran was the defining factor for commodity and equity performance during the quarter. Market volatility, as measured by the VIX Index rose to the highest since the U.S. tariff announcement in April 2025. In spite of the volatility, commodity equities posted positive performance due to strength in the earlier part of the year.
