THOMASVILLE, N.C., October 23, 2025--Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (Nasdaq: ODFL) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share of common stock, payable on December 17, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2025. This dividend payment represents a 7.7% increase to the quarterly cash dividend paid in December 2024.
