ITG will\ntrade shares of Ocumetics on the TSXV\n \n\n and all\nother trading venues with the objective of maintaining a reasonable\nmarket and improving the liquidity of Ocumetics’ common\nshares.\n \n\n\n\n Under the agreement, ITG will receive compensation of\nCA$7,000 per month, payable monthly in advance. The agreement is for\nan initial term of one month and will renew for additional one-month\nterms unless terminated. The agreement may be terminated by either\nparty with 30 days' notice. There are no performance factors contained\nin the agreement and ITG will not receive shares or options as\ncompensation.
