(“Ocumetics” or the “Company”)\n(TSXV: OTC) (OTCQB: OTCFF) (FRA: 2QBO), a leader in next generation\nophthalmic technology, today announced that it\nintends to form a Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) to fill the role\nnow being performed by a single Chief Medical Officer.  In the\nresult, the consulting agreement with the Corporation’s current\nChief Medical Officer, Dr. Doyle Stulting, will terminate following a\nninety-day transition period.\n\n\nAs Ocumetics advances toward completion of its\nFirst-in-Human (FIH) study and prepares for a pivotal FDA clinical\ntrial anticipated in 2027, the Company is evolving its medical and\nclinical leadership structure to align with its next exciting phase of\ngrowth and execution.
