(the\n "Company") effective immediately.  Mr. Dean has been a director of the\n Company since its formation in late 2010.\n\n\nMr. Dean has an extensive background in senior and junior companies in\n the minerals industry in Canada and Australia, including as President\n of Teck Cominco Ltd.
