The updated Technical Report follows the release of the Company's Annual Information Form (\"AIF\") for the year ended December 31, 2018.\nThe updated Technical Report also follows the Waihi resources news release dated March 7, 2019 which announced a significant increase in Measured and Indicated Resources and Inferred Resources mainly from the Martha Underground Project and the WKP prospect.
