This appointment has arisen due to the current Chief Financial Officer,\n \n Scott McQueen\n \n , advising the Company he did not wish to relocate to\n \n Vancouver, Canada\n \n for family reasons. Marius is expected to commence in around the middle of 2023 and will be based in the Company's corporate office in\n \n Vancouver\n \n .
