Robert Hanson to stand down from the Board\n \n \nOberon Investments Group plc (AQSE: OBE), the investment management, wealth planning and corporate broking group, announces the appointment of Nicola Mitford-Slade as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.\n \nNicola brings with her extensive financial services experience, most recently as General Counsel for Smith & Williamson and then Evelyn Partners (post-merger), a position she held for seven years across the two businesses. Prior to this she spent seven years at Canaccord Genuity, latterly as Head of Legal and Compliance and money laundering reporting officer for the UK regulated businesses, which included the investment banking and wealth management operations. Nicola is a qualified barrister.\n \nThe Company also announces that the Hon. Robert Hanson has confirmed his intention to stand down as Non-Executive Director and is expected to leave the Board in early June.
