(the "Company") (OTC Pink:OAKV), parent company of Oak View National Bank (the "Bank"), reported net income of $1.83 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, compared to net income of $1.03 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, an increase of 76.89%. Net income for the six months ended June 30, 2024, was $3.17 million, compared to $2.05 million for the six months ended June 30, 2023, an increase of 54.79%. Basic and diluted earnings per share were $0.62 per share for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, compared to $0.35 for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.
