(OTOW.PK) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed a merger under which Earthcom Service Inc. has become the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary. The Company will continue to be quoted on Pink Sheets under its current trading symbol (OTOW.PK).Earthcom Service Inc. is a wireless services company founded in the United States in 2002. It is currently being structured to provide, through a subsidiary, affordable flat rate pre-paid wireless services in developing countries. O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. will continue domestic operations as it pertains to the location and development of pending cell tower sites. It is also probable that Earthcom will provide the implementation of rural broadband, facilitated by Earthcom’s FCC 3650 license.In connection with the merger, Val Kazia, who is president of Earthcom, has also become president of the O2 Secure Wireless, Inc.. Mr. Kazia is sole director of both firms. The Company expects to add directors to its board in the near future.
