VCOMM has previous experience in the Dominican Republic and has RF design software for that territory, bringing a significant advantage to O2 Wireless/Earthcom Service. VCOMM will supply the engineers and software in evaluating the signal strength of every tower site, giving the Company a very competitive edge in wireless coverage and the location of the towers. VCOMM also has an array of additional services that the company can utilize. “Every factor must be carefully considered; terrain, vegetation, buildings, distance, and every type of frequency obstruction or interference, most buildings are poured concrete with rebar construction, so building penetration of the RF signal can be challenging.
