Having been in the development stage for 3 years, the Company has established a strategy under which it will offer competitively priced wireless services to a market of approximately 8.6 million potential current cell phone users. Earthcom believes that the Company will be offering a competitive option in this market because it will offer the most state of the art technology in the wireless industry, while simultaneously providing its consumers reasonably priced plans with the best wireless coverage, cable, residential phone and internet service available in the Dominican Republic. Val Kazia, President of the Company and Earthcom, stated: “We are ready to revolutionize the cellular sector of the Dominican Republic’s communications industry. Our objective is to acquire 10% of this market within 3 years.
