(OTC PINK: OTOW), a developer of domestic and international hi-speed wireless Internet facilities and mobile Internet solutions, is pleased to provide the following progress on recent business activity to its shareholders regarding the launch of the WAVE and REEF Smart Phones & Flagship store. We announced In March, that we held the opening and of the flagship retail store located in Palm Coast Florida at the European Village. This flagship store has been a success to date for the company in driving traffic to the various proprietary items we have on display. The storefront has our proprietary O2 WAVE/REEF Smart phones, wireless accessories, services and our own prepaid debit cards. This flagship store was the launching point of the Company?s newly released digital products we now have on display. Revenues are slowly picking up in the Flagship store as we will be announcing in our upcoming financials. This June, we successfully launched the initial marketing and distribution of the new O2 Wave Phones. We have seven smartphone models and three tablets, all will be available for purchase in the 4th quarter of this year. Available now is the WAVE 5.3? smartphone. We are currently in negotiations with various global distributors. We estimate purchase orders will exceed five million dollars by Q4 of this year. These revolutionary Smart phones use an Android 4.2 and 4.1 platforms, Dual SIM Dual standby, and the proprietary FIT security technology. This FIT technology is the first of its kind exclusive to the O2 Wave Smartphones?. The FIT technology is a fully functional retina and Facial Integration security Technology software program that can be implemented in a wide variety of security protocols. What it can do is allow a fully functional facial recognition application to be integrated into common security applications that otherwise might limited to advance installations such as military or government applications or something as simple as the phone scanning one's retina and facial features rather than entering a password to unlock the phone.
