NWF Group PLC 20 August 2003 NWF Group plc ('the Company') Directors Shareholding NWF Group plc announces that it was informed yesterday that Mr. Mark H Hudson, a non-executive Director, sold 15,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company. Firstly 5,000 ordinary shares were sold at a price of 383p per share on 15 of August 2003 and 10,000 ordinary shares were sold at a price of 387p per share on the 18 August 2003.
