NWF Group PLC 11 August 2005 For immediate release: 11 August 2005 NWF GROUP PLC NEW CONTRACT FOR BOUGHEY DISTRIBUTION TO OPERATE CONSOLIDATION DEPOT FOR SOMERFIELD NWF Group plc ('NWF'), the diversified sales and distribution business, announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Boughey Distribution Ltd ('Boughey'), has won a new contract with Somerfield Stores Ltd ('Somerfield'). Boughey will manage a primary consolidation operation on behalf of Somerfield from its Wardle depot in Cheshire. Boughey has considerable experience in this arena and has been chosen by Somerfield to consolidate existing stocks with a significant number of suppliers, predominantly from the North West region. The provision of approximately 2,500 additional pallet locations and development of a cross docking zone have enabled Boughey to offer a flexible and timely storage and distribution solution. The project team visited many potential operators before finally selecting Boughey. The operation has now been live for nearly four months and the faith that Somerfield have shown in selecting Boughey has to date proved well founded.'
