Change of Name of Nom Broker

NWF Group PLC 30 May 2000 NWF Group plc - Change Of Name Of Nominated Broker Following the recent acquisition of Gerrard Group plc by Old Mutual plc, Albert E Sharp Securities, the Company's nominated broker, and the corporate finance and institutional broking businesses of Greig Middleton & Co. Limited, have merged to create Old Mutual Securities. The change of name will take effect from 30 May 2000.
