The following individuals were all re-elected to the Board of Directors: John Watson, Peter A. Ball, Quinton Hennigh, Odin Christensen, Alfred (\"Alf\") Stewart. Shareholders also voted strongly in support of (i) appointing Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year and authorizing directors to fix their remuneration; and (ii) approving and ratifying the Company's Stock Option Plan.Subsequent to the AGM, the Board of Directors appointed Peter A. Ball as its President and CEO. Mr. Ball has been a director of NV Gold since September 29, 2016 and President and COO since September 20, 2018.
