Carlsbad, CA. , November 1st, 2011 /OTC Markets Group Inc.'s RSS/  -- Nuvonyx, Inc. (NVNX-PK) announced today completion of the acquisition of factory equipment to support it's expanding manufacturing needs.  The equipment was formerly rented at the rate of $25,000 a month, but has been acquired for common stock based on the most recent appraisal.  As a result, of this transaction the balance sheet of the company will improve by $2.695 million dollars and monthly cash expense will improve by $25,000 per month.  It is housed at its 36,000 sq foot manufacturing facility located in Carlsbad, CA.

 

Nuvonyx is a grower and bottler of functional nutritional beverages and juices that rely on Aloe Vera as a key ingredient.  Nuvonyx is able to meet all current and future Aloe Vera needs from its own organic farms located in CA.  It's aloe juice is organically and Kosher certified and is found in many health food stores under the brand REAL ALOE.
