The record date will be changed from\nSeptember 7, 2007 to September 6, 2007. Accordingly, the regular quarterly\ndividend of $0.10 per share, payable September 28, 2007, will be paid to\nholders of record at the close of business on September 6, 2007.\n\n\nIn addition, Newmont Mining Corporation of Canada Limited (TSX: NMC) will\npay a regular quarterly dividend of Cdn $0.1044 per share on its exchangeable\nshares on September 28, 2007 to holders of record at the close of business on\nSeptember 6, 2007.
