[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4701Z Nuformix PLC 10 January 2020 \n\n10th January 2020\nNuformix plc\n(\"Nuformix\" or \"the Group\"),\n \nIssue of Equity\n \nNuformix, the pharmaceutical development company using cocrystal technology to unlock the therapeutic potential of approved small molecule drugs announces that following the receipt of Notice of Exercise, 1,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Group (the \"Warrant Shares\") have now been issued to the warrant holder following exercise at the agreed price of 4p per share. \n \nApplication has been made to admit the Warrant Shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 10 January 2020, and dealings in the Warrant Shares are expected to commence on 14 January 2020\n \nFollowing the issue of the Warrant Shares the total number of shares now in issue is 490,145,083 ordinary shares with voting rights attached (one vote per share). There are no shares held in treasury. \n \nThis total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Nuformix plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.\n \nMarket Abuse Regulation (MAR) Disclosure.
