(TSX.V:NCI);\n \n \n NTG Clarity is pleased to\nannounce that it has signed a 1-year renewable Framework Agreement for\noutsource and offshore resources with a leading bank in the Gulf\nRegion. We received the fully executed contract on January 10, 2022.\nWe will provide resources in most IT disciplines, with a focus on\nspecialized skills such as full stack developers, mobile app\ndevelopers and architecture for applications, data, business\nintelligence and security. NTG will provide candidates for over 100\njob titles and the resource onboarding should start at the beginning\nof February 2022\n \n . We expect to start approximately 30 resources\nonshore/offshore within the first 4 months for an annual estimated\nrevenue of $3.5 Million CAD. The estimated expenses for this revenue\nis $2.5 M\n \n \n illion CAD. Our target is to\ndouble this number within 6-8 months to meet the expected staffing\nlevels of this customer. Revenue would increase accordingly.\n \n \n With COVID-19 and the ongoing trend toward remote work, we are\nexperiencing increased demand for our offshore services. Our centre in\nEgypt has been rapidly expanding to meet the increased demand.
