(TSXV:NCI)\n \n With regards to the $4.5M CAD Letter of Intent\n(LOI) announced on September 27, 2021,\n \n NTG Clarity\n \n is pleased to announce that it has received the first purchase\norder (PO) with a value of approximately $1.22M CAD for the license of\nits Asset Management, Network D\n \n \n iscovery, Discrepancy  and Reconciliation\nsoftware. The Software License was delivered to the customer and an\ninvoice for the total PO amount will be issued shortly.\n \n \n NTG Asset Management is a feature-rich Network Inventory and\nConfiguration system that tracks the network operators’ assets and\ntheir configuration. An independent module that works with NTG Asset\nManagement and other vendor’s systems is NTG’s Network Discovery,\nDiscrepancy and Reconciliation Module (NDDR). NDDR is a flexible\nplatform allowing telecom operators to view network data, compare\nnetwork data with the inventory module, and post selective updates to\ncorrect inventory data. NDDR is designed to work independently of the\nNetwork Elements vendors or inventory providers. NDDR enables telecom\noperators to locate missing inventory, avoid failed provisioning, and\nenhance network change management processes to avoid discrepancies.\n \n \n “We are very pleased to receive the first PO for this new customer\nin the Middle East.
