These POs are for products and services which\nwill be provided both on the customer pr\n \n \n \n \n emises and offshore in our Egypt\nOffshore Centre.\n \n \n \n \n The breakdown is approximately as follows (based on\nconversions to CAD):\n \n \n \n \n \n \n A contract for $460K signed December 23, 2021, for our\nUtility Billing product. This is for a new customer in the financial\nsector in the Gulf Region. Works starts immediately and should be\ncompleted in 4 months.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n A PO for $240K to provide technical professional\nservice resources to an existing customer in the telecommunications\nsector in the Middle East. Works starts immediately and should be\ncompleted in 4 months.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n A PO for $133K for an existing customer in the\ntelecommunications sector in the Middle East to provide a Mobile App\nproduct. Works starts immediately and should be completed in 6\nmonths.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n A PO for $60K for our Digital Wallet product from an\nexisting customer in the financial sector in the Middle East. Works\nstarts immediately and should be completed in 1 month.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n A PO for $37K to provide technical professional service\nresources to an existing customer in the telecommunications sector in\nthe Middle East.
