(TSX.V:NCI, OTC: NYWKF);\n \n\n NTG Clarity is\nthrilled to announce that on August 28\n \n\n th\n \n\n , it signed a\nnew three-year contract for a total of $53M CAD in new work. This is\nthe largest-ever contract in NTG’s history, with a gross margin of\napproximately 37%\n \n\n\n\n The contract is to provide offshore digital\ntransformation services for an existing customer in the Government\nsector in the Middle East, based out of our Egypt Offshore Centre.\nWork will begin on September 1\n \n\n st\n \n\n and will ramp\nup to full capacity by the end of the year. Our team is already well\nunderway with internal and external recruiting efforts to fill open\npositions as the contract ramps up.\n \n\n\n\n To support this contract, NTG has also signed a lease\nto expand its office space for\n \n\n\n\n an additional floor in the same\nbuilding along the Nile in Cairo, originally announced in August 2023.\nThis new office space effectively doubles our work capacity in this\nbuilding (space for 250 total employees now) and is expected to be\noperational by November 1\n \n\n st\n \n\n .
