The letter was accepted as prepared and will serve as the basis of terms for the acquisition. The Chairman and President of NRP Stone, Inc., David Clark, II, appraised the situation, “Marketing rights to RMGI’s products that will be obtained in the acquisition of RMGI fits our Vision and Objectives. Luxium and finished diamonds are different from anything we have found in the marketplace. These products have the potential to be differentiated by NRPI from every other precious metals and gems company in the world because it offers new alternatives to consumers and to industry alike. We are enthusiastic to make RMGI a part of NRP Stone and look forward to introducing and offering Luxium and these finished, white and colored diamonds to the world.”Both parties have agreed to schedule the closing for Friday, September 23, 2019, assuming all conditions are met.
