HELIER, Jersey--(BUSINESS WIRE)--\nNovocure (NASDAQ: NVCR) today announced that over 100 physicians from more than 50 cancer treatment centers in the U.S. are now certified to prescribe Optune Lua, which is approved for the first-line treatment of unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM), in combination with pemetrexed and platinum-based chemotherapy.\n\n\n“This is a disease with a poor prognosis, so being able to offer patients a therapy that results in excellent response rates with minimal toxicity is exciting,” said Matthew T.
