Novo Director Resigns

VANCOUVER, December 2, 2011 - Novo Resources Corp. (the "Company") (CNSX: NVO) announces that Mr. Robert Barker has resigned from the Board of Directors, effective December 2, 2011, in order to focus on other projects with which he is involved. The Company expresses its appreciation to Mr. Barker and thanks him for his invaluable contributions over his tenure.

The Company also clarifies that no finder's fee has been paid or is payable in respect of the private placement which closed on November 30, 2011.
