Mr. Pickard will work closely with the Company’s senior management and Principal Financial Officer in a multitude of areas related to operations, financial reporting, audit reviews and analysis of potential growth opportunities.\n Currently, Mr. Pickard owns and operates Pickard & Company, CPA, which he founded in 2000. Mr. Pickard has served as the CFO of several public and private US-based companies. Of particular note, Mr. Pickard was a partner with SingerLewak, LLP where he co-managed the firm’s securities practice group. Mr. Pickard also worked for nine years at Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P., currently PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, with a specific focus on auditing companies in the insurance, high-tech and manufacturing industries.  Mr. Pickard earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University.
